The entire range of products available is not kept in stock due to its diversity – the selection of size, colour, design, etc. – and because the products are custom-made, i.e. included in the production plan according to customer specifications after payment has been received.
The time of delivery is 1 – 4 weeks after the payment for goods has been credited to the seller’s account.
Prices are stated in Czech Crowns (CZK) including VAT. If it is possible to place the order in another currency, the price is recalculated according to the current exchange rate of the Czech Crown.
Due to custom manufacturing, the entire order must be paid in full in advance by bank transfer to the seller’s bank account No. 942907001/5500 kept at Raiffeisenbank a.s.
Pursuant to the Act on Registration of Sales, the salesperson is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Sales must be registered to the tax authority online; in case of a technical failure this must be done within 48 hours.
Products are shipped via the Czech Post. Postage is determined according to the weight of the goods ordered and the destination address. Postage is specified in the order confirmation.
It is possible to withdraw from the contract without penalty any time before the order is included in production.
We provide warranties for leather products, material defects and processing for 99 years. Some examples of processing defects are torn-off rivets, ripped seams, etc. Material defects can include broken buckles, stuck trigger hooks, etc.
This warranty does not cover the normal wear of the product or defects caused by improper or inadequate care. The warranty period for other products is 24 months.
It is necessary to send defective goods to the address of our business premises with a description of the defect. We will send you the repaired product or a new one at our expense within 30 days from the receipt of your complaint.
The usual 14-day period in which it is possible to return goods without giving a reason does not apply to products from our workshop because the products have been made to order.
It is extremely important that you properly care for all leather products. If these products are not regularly treated, it can result in permanent damage, cracks, loss of colour or a shorter lifetime due to the influence of moisture.
Differences in the shade or design of the leather may appear in the products, which is not a fault but a guarantee of the genuineness of the natural material.
