HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE SLADE CZECH E-SHOP?
Shopping is easy. Put the products you choose into the basket. Select the appropriate payment and shipping methods, submit the order. We will send you confirmation of the receipt of the order and instructions for payment. We will update you at the beginning of manufacture and shipment.
I JUST SUBMITTED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
All goods are custom-made, which means manufacture commences according to the customer orders and payments. The period of delivery is about a 1 week after receipt of payment to our account.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If manufacture of the order has not commenced, you can still make a change. Write to us or call to check the status of your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation of an order is only possible if we have not commenced its manufacture. Write to us or call to check the status of your order.

Manually, with traditional tools, the utmost care and the best materials. Each manufactured item passes through multiple human hands before leaving our workshop. The quality of our products is as good as the people who produce them. For this reason, we also employ only the best.

How can I pay by bank transfer?
You can choose payment via bank transfer. Commencement of manufacture of the order will be after the payment is credited to our account.
