Welcome to the general business conditions of TILE CZ s.r.o., the operator of www.sladeczech.com, registered at Konečného 1941/8, 710 00 Ostrava 10, Czech Republic.
Our company is registered with the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 16999. Our identification number is 25381067.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Due to the diverse selection of sizes, colors, and designs, our entire range of products is custom-made and not kept in stock. Each product is made according to customer specifications once payment is received.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production timelines are 3-5 days after the payment is credited to our account.
PRICES
Prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include VAT. If the order is placed in another currency, the price will be recalculated based on the current exchange rate for the Czech Crown.
PAYMENTS
For custom manufacturing, orders must be paid in full in advance via bank transfer to our account No. 942907001/5500 (IBAN: CZ5155000000000942907001) at Raiffeisenbank a.s.
According to the Act on Registration of Sales, sellers must issue a receipt to buyers and register sales with the tax authority online. In case of technical failure, this must be done within 48 hours.
SHIPPING
Products are shipped via Czech Post or international DHL delivery. Please note that international shipments with Czech Post are not insured, so Slade Czech (TILE CZ s.r.o.) is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages with this shipping method. For international orders, we recommend using DHL for peace of mind.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The exact shipping fee will be provided at the order confirmation stage.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not yet gone into production.
WARRANTY
We provide a 99-year warranty on leather products for material and workmanship defects. Examples include torn-off rivets, ripped seams, broken buckles, or stuck trigger hooks.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects from improper care. Other products come with a 24-month warranty.
RETURNS
To return defective goods, send them to our business address with a description of the defect. We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
Please note, the usual 14-day return period does not apply to our custom-made products.
CARE FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS
Proper care is essential for leather products to prevent permanent damage, cracks, loss of color, or reduced lifespan due to moisture.
Differences in shade or design are normal and guarantee the authenticity of natural leather.

Our product photos are for informational purposes and may vary from the actual product in terms of appearance, color, positioning, and fittings.
