It serves to securely restrain the animal without the risk of slipping out or damaging the coat. This specific piece is designed for owners who refuse compromises in strength and demand equipment that meets the physiological needs of greyhounds and whippets.

The base material is 4mm cowhide, which maintains its structural stability even under extreme tension. The construction utilizes a widened center profile, a method that, unlike narrow nylon straps, distributes pulling force and protects the cervical vertebrae.
