Withdrawal from Purchase Contract

This form is intended for notifying us of your withdrawal from a purchase contract concluded remotely through the Slade Czech online store.

Once the form has been submitted, we will send you confirmation of its receipt. If any information is incomplete or additional clarification is required, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided.

Important Notice

The majority of products offered by Slade Czech are not mass-produced. Instead, they are individually handcrafted according to each customer's specific requirements.

This applies in particular to products:

• manufactured according to measurements provided by the customer,
• personalized with a dog's name, telephone number, monogram, or other custom details,
• produced in a customer-selected combination of leather, stitching, hardware, or decorations,
• modified according to instructions provided in the order notes.

Such products are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

Legal Basis

Pursuant to Section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, a consumer may not withdraw from a purchase contract concerning:

"the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's requirements or clearly personalized to their individual needs."

Therefore, if a product has been custom-made or modified according to the customer's individual requirements, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract does not apply.

Every Request Is Reviewed Individually

We nevertheless recommend submitting this form even for custom-made products.

Upon receiving your request, we will review the nature of the order and determine whether the statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase contract applies to the specific product.

If withdrawal is possible, we will provide instructions for returning the goods.

If the product was manufactured according to individual customer requirements, we will inform you accordingly.

Warranty Claims Are Not Withdrawals from a Purchase Contract

If you are reporting:

• a manufacturing defect,
• damage caused during transportation,
• an incomplete delivery,
• an incorrectly manufactured product,
