Round coasters for glasses

Paper coasters survive about as long as a snowman in a sauna.

Leave one under a cold glass for a moment and it turns into a soggy rag glued to the bottom of your pint. And silicone? That usually looks like something stolen from a bargain-bin dishwasher accessory set.
