Jam and Dodo are canine brothers. They invited me and my master to a birthday celebration. In addition to tasty titbits, they got from us a couple of hand-stitched collars from the Slade Czech workshop – Brotherhood. The saddler decorated them with lines of Clincher Link, Ball Chain and two Staff Knots. The collars are made of cowhide: they also have dog tags with engraved names. I have known those doggy bros for ages: their tastes differ a bit. So Jam got a black collar and Dodo a brown one. At least their master can tell who’s who at first sight.

„Woof, Ken, where did you get such finery?“ marvelled a pretty Staffordshire Bull Terrier a few days ago. Since then, dressed to the nines, I regularly break girls’ hearts. A hand-stitched collar in fragrant cowhide decorated in shiny metal with a Staffordshire knot simply attracts the ladies.

„Where's my collar?“ I wonder. I see the master has pinched it to wear like a bracelet. Again! So I asked the master saddlers and we devised leather accessories for humans too.
