Click – and off we go! Your order just landed in our workshop – and before your leather-scented, handmade gem arrives at your door, it goes through the hands of our craftsmen and the sniff test of our four-legged inspectors. 🐾

1. The click that starts the chain

Once you hit “Order”, the human touch kicks in. No robots, no warehouses – we check every detail ourselves: leather color, width, size, and even if your dog’s name is spelled right. If something looks fishy, we’ll shoot you a message. Better to check than to wing it.

2. Leather on standby, hardware in position

Our beefy leathers wait in line like soldiers ready for action. We hand-pick the right one for your order. Then come the buckles, rings and clips – top-shelf hardware only. Meanwhile, our in-house dogs make sure everything’s shipshape for the stitching stage.

3. Needle, waxed thread & saddle sorcery

Now comes the magic. The waxed thread digs in and holds tight. Every single stitch is done by hand – no machines, just skill and old-school muscle memory. That’s why it lasts for years. And while the saddler’s in the zone, our dog squad patrols the workshop, making sure the vibes (and petting breaks) are on point.

4. Leather spa – the final touch

Edges get buffed, oil is applied, and the leather’s character comes alive. Each piece gets pampered and scented – because if it doesn’t pass the canine nose test, it’s not leaving the building.

5. Packed with care (and a love letter)

Time for wrapping! Each piece goes into a clean, sturdy envelope with a signed note of authenticity. We pack it like a gift – because it is one. For your furry sidekick.

6. Postman, courier... or teleport?

We slap on a label, seal the envelope and send it on its merry way. Usually by post or courier – but hey, we’re not against teleporting if that ever becomes a thing. What matters is that a handcrafted original is on its way to make someone’s day.

How long does it take to make my order?

Usually 2–3 days. If we need to clarify something, we’ll get in touch.

Can I request something custom?

Of course! Just leave a note during checkout or drop us an email.

Is everything really handmade?

Not a single machine stitch! Every item is 100% handmade in our Czech workshop.

Who packs the order?

Our saddlers do the honors – with a little help from the canine quality squad.

What if something’s off?

Just let us know – if the error's ours, we’ll fix it. No drama.
